Late check-outs are subject to availability.

Policy on children staying with parents
- Children 7 years old and above are welcome at the resort.
- The normal accommodation rate applies to children. For example, a family of 4 are charged the 4 guest rate.

Cancellation Policy
- cancellations made within 8 to 31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night accommodation
- cancellations made within 7 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- no shows will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- no refunds will be made for unused nights due to late arrival or premature departures.
- in addition to the above charges being levied by Nanuya Island Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.

Admin fee surcharge
